Joe was born in Brazil and moved to Canada with his parents this past January. His birthday is on September 17th and he is now almost 2 years old.  He loves to play with his friends and gets really excited every day around 4pm when he knows it is time to go to the park. He never barks and is crazy about carrots – he will even choose carrots over meat!  Joe loves to play in the snow and his favourite toy is a basketball.
