Terms and Conditions for Canada Pooch Black Friday Gift Card Giveaway

INTRODUCTION: By entering the Canada Pooch Black Friday Gift Card Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Official Rules"). Please read these terms carefully before entering. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Canada Pooch Ltd ("Canada Pooch"), 559 College St. Suite 4, Toronto, ON M6G 0B1.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will commence on Thursday, November 5th, 2026 at 12:00:01am Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and end on Tuesday, December 1st, 2026 at 11:59:59pm EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if greater: nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) and who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and/or win a Prize: (a) employees, officers, and directors of Canada Pooch, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertisers, marketing and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials, and representatives; and (b) members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, or spouses) of a person listed in (a) and/or those living in the same household as a person listed in (a), regardless of familial relation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Canada Pooch, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.canadapooch.com, enter a valid email address in the Sweepstakes entry form, and click "Enter to Win" to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Opting in to receive marketing emails from Canada Pooch is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entries must be received by Tuesday, December 1st, 2026 at 11:59:59pm EST.

Creation and use of multiple or alias email addresses, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or to exceed the entry limit, is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of all associated entries and of the entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant. Entries that are late, incomplete, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced are void.

PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a Canada Pooch gift card, to be used on the Canada Pooch website, in the amount of $150 USD (United States Dollars) (the "Prize"). The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be provided.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND TAXES: The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is $150 USD. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the Prize.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Within seven (7) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Canada Pooch will conduct one (1) random draw from among all eligible entries received. One entrant will be randomly selected as the potential winner and notified using the email address provided at the time of entry. The odds of being selected as the potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received by Canada Pooch. If the potential winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) business days, declines the Prize for any reason, or does not meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules, as determined by Canada Pooch, the potential winner will be disqualified and, at Canada Pooch's discretion, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries, or the Prize may be cancelled.

To be declared a winner, a potential winner: (i) must comply with these Official Rules; (ii) must sign and return, within any designated time period, any documentation reasonably required by Canada Pooch, which may include a standard release of liability and consent to publicity form (except where prohibited by law); and (iii) may be required to provide proof of identification to confirm eligibility or to claim the Prize.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within seven (7) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If the potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of notification or is found to be ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

DISQUALIFICATION: Canada Pooch may disqualify, without notice, any person it finds to have: (a) tampered with or attempted to tamper with, or undermined or attempted to undermine, the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) provided false or misleading information; (c) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person; (d) resold or attempted to resell the Prize; or (e) otherwise violated these Official Rules.

PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to Canada Pooch collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with our privacy policy. If you also opt in to receive marketing emails, Canada Pooch will use your email address to send you information about products, sales, and offers, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE: Canada Pooch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of termination, Canada Pooch may, at its discretion, conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Canada Pooch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

GOVERNING LAW: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

WINNER LIST: To request the name of the Sweepstakes winner, email support@canadapooch.com with the subject line "Black Friday Giveaway Winner List" within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) request per email address.
