Every holiday season, shipping couriers are overloaded with parcels and are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Shipping carriers are experiencing delays of 4-7 business days. We offer expedited shipment methods to help increase the chances that your gifts arrive in time for the holidays; however, we can't guarantee delivery dates for holiday orders.
We offer free shipping on all orders above $60 for standard shipping methods.
Flat Rate Shipping
A flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 is applied to orders below $60 within the United States. If you are shipping your item internationally rates will be calculated at checkout.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Support@CanadaPooch.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment on an exchange. This will occur once the item has been received at the warehouse.
If returning your item, you will be refunded in full once it is received at our warehouse.
We currently offer returns for our international customers. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Your order number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can always look up your order information on your Canada Pooch account.
If you are having trouble finding your tracking information, contact us and we will happily provide this for you.
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel. However, we offer quick and easy returns or exchanges!
