Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure your Canada Pooch products fit your pooch perfectly. We make it as easy as possible to exchange any item.

Once you initiate an exchange, you can download a prepaid shipping label, and instructions to exchange your item(s). You have the option to select either standard exchange or an instant exchange.

With a standard exchange, we will send out your new item upon receipt and inspection of the original item at our warehouse.

With an instant exchange, you and your pup have the option to have the new item shipped out immediately, even before sending in your original item! All you need to do is input your credit card information - we will place a 7 day hold on your card, for the full value of the new item, and once your old item is shipped back to our warehouse, we'll release the hold on the card. If your dog's item is not shipped back within a 2 week time period, your card will be charged the full price of the new item.

Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges from outside the United States or Canada.

  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery
  • To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags still on the item and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair.
  • The original order confirmation must be included within the package.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Once you initiate a return, you can instantly download a prepaid shipping label, and instructions to return your item(s).

Once we've received your item(s), you will receive your refund or store credit.

  • Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair.
  • The original order confirmation must be included within the package.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.
  • While we do not charge any additional fees to return items to the United States, we do ask that you pay the cost of the return shipping and handling of your item(s), at a discounted flat rate of $7.
  • Outside of the United States, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges. We do offer the ability to return your items according to our return policies, however you must arrange your own return shipping. Please be sure to send over the tracking information to our customer experience team so we can make sure things go smoothly and so we can ensure you receive your product refund.
  • Please note, duties on international orders are non-refundable, and there is a $7 restocking fee applied to all international returns.
