The Canada Pooch x WAGLAB Giveaway 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) is governed exclusively by applicable laws of the United States. The Sweepstakes is open only to eligible residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. By participating or attempting to participate in the Sweepstakes, you will be deemed to have received, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.

Although the Sweepstakes may be promoted, communicated, or administered by means of a third party, including but not limited to a social media or social networking service or site (a “Third Party Service”), the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any Third Party Service. Third Party Services include, but are not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Canada Pooch Ltd (“Canada Pooch”).

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Canada Pooch and not to any Third Party Service.

INTRODUCTION

By participating in the Canada Pooch x WAGLAB Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the Sweepstakes. If you do not agree to these Official Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this Sweepstakes, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico;

(b) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”); and

(c) have a valid email address.

Employees of Canada Pooch, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families, as well as individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Canada Pooch reserves the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

All personal and other information requested by and supplied for the purpose of the Sweepstakes must be truthful, complete, accurate, and not misleading. Canada Pooch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who, at any stage, supplies untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details or information.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes entry period will commence on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and end on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received after the end of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter the Sweepstakes:

(i) During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the official online entry form by providing the required information, including a valid email address, and clicking the applicable submission button. Upon successful submission, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

(ii) You are solely responsible for ensuring that your entry is properly submitted, including properly completing any required registration fields.

(iii) Limit of one (1) entry per person and per valid email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Creation or use of multiple or alias email accounts, telephone numbers, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic, or other system(s) or program(s) in order to exceed the permitted entry limit may result in the disqualification of all entries from such accounts, as well as disqualification of the Entrant from the Sweepstakes.

(iv) In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address that can be verified by Canada Pooch. The potential winner may be required to provide Canada Pooch with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

(v) Canada Pooch may, at any time, edit, modify, or remove an entry, in whole or in part, and may disqualify an Entrant from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Entrant has breached any representation or requirement contained in these Official Rules or otherwise engaged in conduct that may violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.

(vi) Entries must be received no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries may be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, forged, garbled, or mechanically or electronically reproduced.

4. PRIZE

(i) The prize awarded under these Official Rules is referred to as the “Prize,” and the confirmed prize recipient is referred to as the “Winner.”

(ii) There is one (1) Prize available to be won during the Sweepstakes Period, consisting of:

  • One (1) Full Stack from WAGLAB; and

  • One (1) Canada Pooch gift card in the amount of $200 USD (United States Dollars), redeemable on the Canada Pooch website.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize will be based on the applicable retail price of the Prize at the time of the prize draw.

(iii) In addition to any Prize conditions provided elsewhere in these Official Rules, any Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes is subject to the following conditions:

a) The Prize must be accepted as awarded, will be awarded to the confirmed Winner only, and is not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.

b) Canada Pooch reserves the right to substitute any Prize, in whole or in part, if any component of the Prize becomes unavailable, with a prize of equal or greater retail value.

c) Canada Pooch does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality or characteristics of the Prize, except as required by applicable law.

d) The Winner is solely responsible for coordinating use of any Prize and for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses not otherwise set forth herein. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by prize suppliers.

e) Canada Pooch shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged, or misdirected Prizes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes:

a) You agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Canada Pooch, which decisions are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

b) You agree that Canada Pooch shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity or eligibility to enter the Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in disqualification.

c) You release and forever discharge Canada Pooch, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns, as well as any Third Party Services (collectively, the “Releasees”), and agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from and against any and all claims, damages, or liability, including any costs or losses related to personal injury, death, damage to or loss or destruction of property, arising out of or in any way related to:

(i) your participation in, or inability to participate in, the Sweepstakes;

(ii) the awarding, receipt, possession, use, redemption, or misuse of any Prize, in whole or in part, or any activity related to the Prize;

(iii) your failure to comply with these Official Rules; or

(iv) any breach of these Official Rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Pooch will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages in connection with the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

6. WINNER SELECTION

(a) Within seven (7) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Canada Pooch will conduct one (1) random draw from among all eligible entries received.

One (1) Entrant will be randomly selected as a potential Winner and notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The odds of being selected as a potential Winner depend upon the number of eligible entries received by Canada Pooch.

If a potential Winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) business days, declines the Prize for any reason, or does not meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified. At Canada Pooch’s discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries, or the Prize may be cancelled.

(b) To be declared a Winner, a potential Winner:

  1. Must comply with these Official Rules;

  2. Must sign and return, within the designated time period, any documentation reasonably required by Canada Pooch, which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form;

  3. May be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility to confirm their eligibility or claim the Prize; and

  4. Must complete any applicable winner verification requirements.

(c) Once a potential Winner is confirmed as the Winner, Prize distribution will be promptly coordinated. Except as otherwise indicated by Canada Pooch, the Winner must personally take delivery of the Prize as instructed within thirty (30) days of being notified that the Prize is available, or within such other period as may reasonably be advised. If a Winner fails to take delivery of the Prize as instructed, the Prize may be deemed forfeited.

7. DISQUALIFICATION

Canada Pooch may disqualify an Entrant, without notice, from the Sweepstakes or any future Sweepstakes if Canada Pooch determines that the Entrant has:

a) resold or attempted to resell a Prize, in whole or in part;

b) tampered with or attempted to tamper with, or undermined or attempted to undermine, the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes;

c) provided false or misleading information;

d) acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person; or

e) otherwise violated these Official Rules.

8. WINNER RELEASE AND PUBLICITY

The potential Winner may be required to sign and return, except where prohibited by law, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form (collectively, the “Paperwork”) within ten (10) days of notification.

The potential Winner must return the Paperwork by the date and time indicated in the notification. If a potential Winner fails to return the Paperwork within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner and their entry may be disqualified and another potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

If a winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Canada Pooch may require Prize winners to participate in publicity related to the Sweepstakes, where permitted by applicable law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to Canada Pooch’s use of your name, hometown, photograph, voice, and/or image for promotional and publicity purposes in media used by Canada Pooch, without further notification, permission, payment, or consideration, except where prohibited by law. Tennessee residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a Prize.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to Canada Pooch’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Canada Pooch Privacy Policy, available at:

(the “Canada Pooch Privacy Policy”).

Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

10. APPLICABLE LAWS

These are the Official Sweepstakes Rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Official Rules are subject to change without notice where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or requirements.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an Entrant and Canada Pooch in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law and the laws of the applicable state, without giving effect to choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, in any dispute, an Entrant shall not be entitled to seek or recover punitive, incidental, consequential, or other non-monetary damages, or attorneys’ fees, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Sweepstakes, not to exceed ten dollars ($10), and Entrant waives any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property and trade secrets contained in any materials, including print, digital, and other media, is owned by Canada Pooch or its respective owners, unless otherwise stated.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or other use of such material without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

12. TERMINATION

Canada Pooch may cancel, modify, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules for any reason, subject to applicable law and without prior notice.

For example, if for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Canada Pooch may adjust any dates, timeframes, or other Sweepstakes mechanics, or suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes.

13. LANGUAGE DISCREPANCY

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosures or statements made by Canada Pooch or appearing in other Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall govern.
