NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY OR OLDER IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The Canada Pooch Suspender Boots Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Canada Pooch LTD, 559 College St, Suite 402, Toronto, Ontario M6G 0B1, Canada ("Sponsor" or "Canada Pooch"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Meta and third party platforms. This Sweepstakes is promoted through Facebook and Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or any other social media platform, including TikTok, X, Pinterest and LinkedIn (each, a "Third Party Service"). By entering, each entrant fully releases Meta and every Third Party Service from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes. All questions, comments or complaints about the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta or any Third Party Service.

1. Eligibility

To enter, you must, at the time of entry:

  1. be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico;
  2. be the age of majority or older in your state or territory of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico); and
  3. have a valid email address.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Canada Pooch Brands and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible.

Sponsor may require proof of identity, age or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide it may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful, complete and accurate. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who submits untruthful, incomplete or misleading information.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, click the Suspender Boots Giveaway ad on Facebook or Instagram and complete the giveaway entry form (the "Entry Form"). You must answer all required questions, provide a valid email address and click "Submit" to receive one (1) entry (an "Entry").

  • Limit: one (1) Entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Use of multiple or alias email addresses, or any automated, macro, script, robotic or similar system to enter, will void all related Entries and may disqualify the entrant.
  • Invalid entries: Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, forged, automated or otherwise irregular are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete Entries, or for any technical failure that prevents an Entry from being submitted or received.
  • Disputed entries: if there is a dispute over who submitted an Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Entry is deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned that email address by the provider responsible for assigning addresses for that domain. A potential winner may be required to prove they are the authorized account holder.
  • Mobile rates: entering from a mobile device is not required. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Sponsor will not contact entrants except (a) the potential winner and alternates, and (b) entrants who contact Sponsor directly or who opt in to marketing emails under Section 9.

4. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) pair of Canada Pooch Suspender Boots, in the size and color of the winner's choice, subject to availability (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): 85 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: 85 USD. Actual value may vary.

  • The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, resalable or redeemable for cash. No substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize or any part of it becomes unavailable.
  • The Prize carries Canada Pooch's standard product warranty only.
  • The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any costs not listed in these Official Rules.
  • The Prize will be shipped to the winner's verified address in the eligible area. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Within seven (7) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their Entry and must respond within three (3) business days. If the potential winner does not respond in time, the notification is undeliverable, the potential winner declines the Prize, or the potential winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor may then, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries.

6. Winner Verification and Prize Delivery

To be confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must (a) comply with these Official Rules, (b) provide a valid shipping address and their size and color selection, and (c) if requested by Sponsor, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days of receiving it, except where prohibited. Tennessee residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning. Sponsor will ship the Prize within approximately thirty (30) days of verification.

7. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any person from this Sweepstakes or any future Sweepstakes, without notice, if Sponsor finds that the person has:

  1. resold or attempted to resell a prize, in whole or in part;
  2. tampered with or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes;
  3. provided false or misleading information;
  4. acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person; or
  5. otherwise violated these Official Rules.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, the winner's acceptance of the Prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media, without further notice, approval or compensation.

9. Personal Information and Marketing

Information submitted through the Entry Form is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Sweepstakes, in accordance with the Canada Pooch Privacy Policy at https://canadapooch.com/pages/privacy-policy.

The Entry Form includes an optional checkbox to receive marketing emails from Canada Pooch. If you check it, Sponsor will send you news and offers by email, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting in is not required to enter or win and does not improve your chances of winning.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Canada Pooch Brands, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as Meta and every Third Party Service (the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, damages or liability, including personal injury, death or property damage, arising from (a) your participation in the Sweepstakes, (b) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or (c) any breach of these Official Rules.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or network failures, or for any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries. Sponsor will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages in connection with the Sweepstakes.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. Except where prohibited, entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ten dollars (10 USD), and waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. General Conditions

  • Changes and cancellation: if the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it. If cancelled, Sponsor may award the Prize in a random drawing from eligible Entries received before cancellation.
  • Conflicts: if these Official Rules conflict with any other Sweepstakes material, including ads and the Entry Form, these Official Rules govern.
  • Intellectual property: all trademarks, logos, designs and other content in Sweepstakes materials belong to Sponsor unless otherwise stated. Entrants may not copy or use them without Sponsor's written consent.
  • Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13. Winner List

For the winner's name, email support@canadapooch.com with the subject line "Suspender Boots Giveaway Winner List" by December 31, 2026. Limit one (1) request per email address.
