Shipping policy

International Shipping
We’re unable to offer flat rate shipping internationally, however we do offer a multitude of shipping options for you to choose from - you can find these options at checkout!

Please note, all international orders are charged duties and taxes in advance.

Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact support@canadapooch.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
